INTERNATIONAL MARITIME LAW

James Tidmarsh’s practice in international maritime law covers the acquisition and sale of vessels, ship financing, commodity trading, port and inspection services, as well as litigation and arbitration.  Mr. Tidmarsh gained particular expertise in maritime law in working as counsel to SGS Société Générale de Surveillance S.A., the Swiss multinational inspection group.

He has experience in the registration of vessels of all classes, and the negotiation of financing arrangements.
